A Book about the Cause of the Problem

Times Sq. Bomb Suspect Is Linked to Militant Cleric

By SCOTT SHANE and MARK MAZZETTI, NY Times, May 6, 2010

"Friends of Mr. Shahzad have said he became more religious and somber in the last year or so,"

This is a book about the origins of the violent clash we are now seeing between Western and Muslim religious values.

David Anderson writes about unspoken issues not being discussed today

·        They should be

·        They are all important

·        Geopolitical decisions resting on them are being made

·        People throughout the world are suffering

·        Many are dying

All of Western society is being challenged by radical Islam, last seen as a threat to its very existence during the great Christian/Islamic battles of the Dark Ages.

A difference between then and now is that we are living today in a volatile Atomic world.

Iran soon will have the bomb. Pakistan's Atomic bombs are only miles away from an aggressive insurgency. The Israeli Palestinian feud continues in bitter deadlock. Israelis with their dozens of atomic bombs are saying: "Never Again."

This book examines the religious origins of these threats to our world and gives hope for solutions to the internecine morass in which we all now find ourselves.

A must read to understand source of terror, July 15, 2005
Reviewer: Stewart C. Jackson - See all my reviews

The book tells how the Hebrew teachings are the source of the Christian and Islam versions of violence.

The author does a scholarly job of comparison of the three religions....

“… the general thesis is one that is centuries overdue.  These wars between the elements of the Abrahamic Religions are now affecting the entire world….the only answer is a change in the teachings of the religions involved.  The world must become as "We" and no longer can sustain itself as "Us" and "Them".  You

have taken a very courageous position in writing this book...and I do consider it the most important book in

at least a hundred years.”

"I was tremendously impressed by the depth of your research and by the straightforward and
unequivocal presentation of your viewpoint and your personal analysis of the various philosophies,
statements and individuals involved in this long saga of the definitions of the roles of GOD."
