This is a book about the religious origins of the violent clash we are seeing today between Western and Muslim societal values. It places before us questions calling for immediate answers; questions that because of political/religious correctness are not being addressed in the general discourse. The book offers thirty nine short "reflections" to counter those beliefs of the three religions of Abraham that have proved, as now being seen in Islam, to be self destructive.

This book takes Christian readers through an exploration of the origins of their beliefs. It challenges parts of the Christian doctrine such as the concept of the Trinity, the Apocalypse, and the physical resurection of Jesus. Nevertheless, it recognizes the sacred in much of Christian scripture and in particular that revealed by recent scholarship coming from the new discoveries about Jesus, such as the one at Nag Hammadi.
